At Boulevard Diamonds, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury purchase. If your selection does not meet your expectations, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer concierge team with your order number and reason for return to receive a pre-paid shipping label and Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Secure the Package

  Place your item in its original designer packaging, including all diamond certificates, warranty cards, and tags, inside a sturdy shipping box.

• 3.
  Ship to Boulevard

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; ensure you obtain a receipt for tracking purposes.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our gemologists verify the item's condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
